Safety and Assurance Initiatives
A quality system that earns our customers’ trust
“In-process completion” management that ensures quality at each production site. Through morning meetings, we conduct daily cross-checks of GEMBA change point management.
Safety Awareness Activities Undertaken Together with Employees
A cross-functional team comprising management and members from each department conducts on-site inspections every month. The Safety and Health Committee also organizes insights gained during on-site inspections and promotes continuous improvement. We continue our efforts to make our workplace better through our own hands.
Recycling Initiatives
Over 90% of the die-cast material is made from recycled green aluminum. Continuous daily material analysis management ensures both re-melting efficiency and material quality.
Furthermore, efforts to recycle are actively pursued, such as re-sharpening blades and reusing organic solvents.
We are also striving to achieve both quality and environmental sustainability.
Industry-Academia Collaboration Initiatives
Leveraging the advantages of its location in the Tsukuba Science City, In collaboration with the University of Tokyo, we are developing next-generation technologies focused on enhancing quality, improving energy efficiency, and reducing costs.
Human Resource Circulation in Asian Hubs
Actively promote personnel exchanges and group synergies among Asian bases. Utilizing experience gained at other locations, our associates are expected to grow into leaders who can contribute to technological advancement in their home countries.
Promoting Senior Employment
To ensure that employees can fully utilize the experience they have cultivated even after reaching retirement age, we have revised our reemployment system. Through discussions on the next way of working, initiatives are being promoted to foster the next generation.
